SIG{TERM} should never appear in a SMTPWorker-thread (is unexpected) .
Thread::Queue was never the reason - if a Worker is 'sleeping' he sit and
waits at line 51 of Thread::Queue.

Unfortunately he sent a bug-report to the developer of Thread::queue
because he saw a warning in the ASSP log.
