I'm using it and works smooth here. It's the port used in clamwin, so it's
supposed to be really well tested.

If you use charsets like BIG5 or ISO- the charset prefix is not
necessary, but there are some charsets
I upgraded ASSP to 1.4.1.1.21 and after restarting it
I checked the log and found the following message
Compress::Zlib module not installed - HTTP compression disabled
so I fired up ppm and checked using it, and apparently
the Compress::Zlib seems installed ok; the ppm reports
version 2.011

Have been looking through the logs and am not seeing anything any where
during the process change. This still is a problem as I have to use the
panic button to kill the assp process the restart for Linux will not as
it can find the assp.pl process to do the action on.
It changes soon after

Thanks Fritz. That's what I assumed, but wanted to make sure.
May I suggest changing the function name to:
ConfigMakeUserListRe
or something similar? The SL in the function name initially mislead me to
believe that it was only for spam lovers.
Also, I suggest modifying the comment...
