Strangely in the log, there seems to now be [URIBL] listed in log
lines for good messages from whitelisted users.
That was a bug fixed in .31.
I do not know what happened, nevertheless I uploaded .31 again.

didn't use the zip to update to the latest 1.4.1 just picked assp.pl
so ... well, I had the
