Dont. without bugreports chan_skinny will never be on par with chan_sip.

To those who used H323, which u advise to use: h323 that come with Asterisk or
the ooh323? Why?
Anyone can advise if still need gnugk for registration or I can register the
h323 endpoint on asterisk without need for gnugk?
