Every time I do span debug I'm baffled by the information thrown at
me. Does anyone know how to make sense of it ?
Any link or information on how to read span debug would be of great
use.

whenever I press the #-key I hear a voice saying 'transfer'. How can I
use the #-key without this voice-message or without having it the

Hmm, we would need to see an example dialplan to confirm this.

can list all numbers in the blacklist database? I need to export this
data to another database, but am unsure how to get to it all in a list.

Are you testing the regex with the fail2ban-regex client?
