The only thing I can thik of is that your source is different version. My GSM
files are dated oct 19, 2008. There have been changes in the GSM Makefile over
the years. Also are you compiling natively or cross compiling. I am compiling
natively.

I can't speak for other readers, but from a personal point of view,
improvements in Asterisk stability and documentation have lead me to read
this list (or write to) much less frequently.

To give some exposure into what has made this possible (since
externhost is monitoring for ip changes with an interval of
externrefresh, so far so good.
Wouldnt it be handy if asterisk would do an sip reregister if it detects
an ip change?
My SIP provider has sometimes very high intervals of 1 hour and if ip
changes, the registration doesnt work until
