This however gives a never ending flood of output on the pattest on
machine 2. Am I correct in assuming that this is not a good thing?
The errors I was seeing were being caused by the echo cancellation
modules on the A116 card kicking in. All I had to do was disable the
module before starting

As long as the message waiting indicator can be controlled via SIP messages,
it should Just Work in

Does the BT Versatility system you are trying to connect require a voltage on

from the BT connection?
Some BRI equipment does, and some does not, and it may be the Panasonic
system you refer to is happy
If the OpenVox card can supply the voltage, then it will a configuration
option (probably in hardware, like some jumpers) of the card itself.
I was going to point you to the Xorcom Astribank, which I know supplies the
required voltage.
All the best,

Yep! The OpenVOX card has a jumper for each port and a connector where to
insert the external voltage
Please come back to let us know if this actually does fix the issue.

Hi all,
I am using the following set up:
SIPML5 -- Nginx -- Asterisk, where NGINX as a reverse proxy, main purpose
is to take in wss and route to Asterisk's ws.
However, I am facing this issue recently where Nginx will return 502

It's a KX-TD1232 model. The conf is nothing special! It's exactly the same used
to connect the
BT Versatility. So it uses a PTP port setup.

Thanks.
Panasonic KX-TD1232 system ISDN interface use DDK plug, not same cord you are
using for openvox B400P card.
Each port could be configured as CO or extension port as Point-Point or PTMP
in both mode.
Regarding to dial timeout these it becomes from ISDN dial mode overlap or
