UPDATE.
Changed the authentication scheme in GnuGK and now Asterisk can register
succesfully
BUT still can't place calls.
I'm getting a IE: Cause - No route to destination error. I'm pasting

Start calls from a Sip client... and terminate them on a Cisco
Gateway... going thru Asterisk and GnuGK?
I have SIP clients working ok through asterisk ...
I also have H323 Clients working great through GnuGK- Cisco Gateway

I've configured other GKs using this Neighbors section and it doesn't
require password.
