Also, I know we've fixed a number of SDP related issues in 1.4.1, so if you
haven't already you might want to try the 1.4.1 beta.
You need to configure both the proxy and the registrar on the phone.
It appears you don't have the proxy configured - hence the strange To
and From headers:
