Any ideas? How about the 's' error above?

Actually, forget everything else.
Even when I simply pick up the handset and dial 6600, I get those errors
in console, so it's not related to paging or call files or anything
special, I guess..

probably just charge if they have to do some servicing. I'd
make sure I have system image backups.
If I had my way / spare time / etc I'd put Debian... but for the risk of
