My Telco is bringing a T1 line to my company. It will be delivered via
Copper. From my research on the net and in this group, I've found out that I
have the following options:
· OPTION 1 - Ensure that the My PBX Equipment (CPE) provides a T1
interface.
· OPTION 2 - Convert the T1 into 24
If my Telco tell me that they can give me a T1 delivered via Copper how many
options does the Telco company have.
Option 1) T1 is carried over some form of DSL
Option 2) What is the ???
Anyone has any idea what option 2 is?
Thanks

So T1 lines in the United States also use copper lines from the company to
the telephone exchange in some installations?

Where's the Fiber?
I was reading about T1 lines and came across this statement.. It basically

to be able
I am looking for that feature to implement on Asterisk as well.

My system worked fine all day. Then about an hour ago the following
happened.
1) When someone dials in to us, their phone just rings our number and the
digital receptionist never picks up.
Any ideas what can cause this. I did not do any upgrades, configurations or
reboots.
