Yes, the functionality is as described. You can only have two simultaneous calls. I have no problem with interference with my WLAN. I have two APs (one G type, another B type) and the Aastra phone. I also have a Panasonic 2.4 Ghz wireless phone nearby. I only have one so I cannot comment on
