I've found that the DSL bottleneck is at the central office--all
subscribers competing for scarse resources. If that is your situation
then two DSL circuits

Order a T1 No seriously.
Standard T1 comes with no QOS agreement and quite possible is not
publicly routable. You can even order a T1 this way if you don't know
what you are doing. Find an experiance consultant and buy him/her a
steak dinner for their opinion..
