i reload the app_meetme.so in CLI:
- Reloading module 'app_meetme.so' (MeetMe conference bridge)
== Parsing 'etc/asterisk/meetme.conf': Found
All the sip message show that there is no fault, and i dont know why the
meetme application can't work.

AsteriskWin32 0.60b build from Asterisk 1.2.14 for Meetme application. But
both are showing The application is not registered and that module

There might be better ways of doing this through the TUI but if you
have access to the CLI then you can do the following
*CLI meetme list 1000
this will show you that Channel: SIP/200 holds (say) userID = 03, then
you can do
*CLI meetme kick 1000 3
