The Cisco 7960 has a softkey called DND which when
pressed as the phone is ringing will sack the call to
voicemail. If you where using Cisco CME or CM you
can forward all calls to Vmail via CLI or GUI.

What version of SIP firmware are you running on the 7960
Sorry to say this But I am not running a SIP load. My
7940/60s are using skinny.
Questions: When the phone is ringing does the DND
come to view or do you have to search? Can the DND
key be
configured if you Web into the IP address of the
phone.
