Howdy,
Looking to port numbers that we currently own in the US Virgin Islands
to *any* carrier that can do it in the states. XO says it is out of
their scope. Our normal DID carrier (IP Comms) apparently uses XO...
Looking for recommendations?

( 1 very stable 2 support porting numbers from Bell, primus, telus.. )

are responsive and reliable.

You can check out www.didx.org US did's start at 10 cents a number per month. uk start 30 cents per month.
You get 2 free did's to test the didx services.
If you can PROVIDE us Japan did's that would be super cool.
