Hi,

I am running a Asterisk 1.6.1.6 (soon to be upgraded) PBX for a client and they 
are having a issue that they are unable to reach a TFN (Toll Free Number).  
When they call a automated announcement is received that the number will not 
accept calls from the originating area code.

It has been checked with the owner of the TFN and they do allow calls from the 
clients area code.

Within the dial plan both the CALLERID(num) and (ani) are being set correctly.

What else could cause this issue ? The VoIP carrier unfortunately have not been 
over helpful apart from saying ensure the ANI is correct.

Thoughts ?
