I used this site (and perhaps a couple other Google returned) as well as the Polycom Admin guide as reference.

I see the bold on the wiki page telling me to put in my voicemail context, but I'm not sure where they're talking about. Previous to doing this work, the phone said there were two voicemails when there were none. Now it doesn't say there are voicemails when they are there.
