I have no feedbacks about such kind of problems in DIAX.

Only one bug I can find and thats related to using Large screens and
window sizing.
it only happens @ the moment on one windows machine which hasn't been
service pack'd.
Now if there was a way to add a free g729a codec to it :-)

I agree Firefly is the best. Most of the others I have tried just
plain suck, especially for non technical users. The interface is
structured like a typical IM client and most people find it easy to
understand.

I agree, Firefly is the only one that seems to be at such a late stage
in development. It really works quite well.
However,
A) I wish it had more call appearances! Put someone on hold, and call
another number, right...? That would be really nice... You can't even
load more than one
