I cannot even ping the phone, web-config is not working. The phone also does not react to any buttons. I've had similar problems, once I was able to fix, once I had to return to factory. Are you able to log in via web server at all? Can you reset the phone to factory settings from there?

Here's the problem I'm having...for some reason, my BT 100 has downgraded from .18 to .16 I have downloaded the zipped file with the .20 but how now what are the instructions to actually download this to my phones? Not quite sure how to proceed. I've flashed other devices before, but usually

We get this all the time. We use Cisco 7960s connected to a local asterisk server via SIP which pushes it via IAX2 to another Asterisk server which then pushes the calls out a SIP PSTN gateway. Anyways, sometimes when we call people, we dont hear ringing. Its not always, its 1 out of 10
