Well, basically, I'm looking for something that has the possiblity to
use the Nuance licenses, and that can do Text to Speech, as well as
Voice Recognition.
So far it doesn't seem possible to have a single product that does all
this within Asterisk...

I don't think there's anything built-in to support VoiceXML, but you _can_ do
something like this:
1. get a dev
FWD sends all the 411 calls to TellMe.com which also provides
professional VoiceXML services and development resources
(studio.tellme.com)
