I don't think voucher can be triggered to announce at certain threshold ONLY
but it will be run everytime at the begining after PIN is asked for. By

No you won't !!! You just have to copy again the AGI Web Interface
You don't have to change anything in your configuration files or
in your Database. It should be really fast to do!
