What cisco phone / firmware are you using? - Ive got a 7960 with SIP and
the only 'soft' button that comes up when you get an incomming call is
to 'answer', havnt got an option for 'send to VM'

The 7095G has those soft buttons.

The 7905G phones with the SIP firmware have this feature.
