If you have the lastest CVS version of asterisk(1.0.11) , and the latest
version of asterisk-oh323(0.7.0), it won't work.
What version of asterisk are you running? what version of oh323 are you
trying to compile?

I haven't retried this lately, but it worked fine in the past when I did.
Be sure that you follow the instructions in the README exactly, especially
the notes about which versions of pwlib and openH323 versions work with the
current version of OH323
