The argument to chanspy is a pattern and not an exact match.

There is no entry ChanSpy(Zap/41) in extensions.conf
On dialing 304 and Zap/41 is in use this happens:

FreeBPX calls them Ring Groups, you can look in to that. Or you could
use a small ACD group.
