Hello,
when I am in the Asterisk CLI, I can exit with 'exit' or 'quit'. Ctrl+d
has no effect. Is there any way to bind Ctrl+d to exit/quit ?
Also, when I am in asterisk CLI, I can use command history and readline
functions such as CTRL+r to search. But not all functions are available.

The asterisk wiki page says:
Sorcery.conf allows you to try to configure other PJSIP objects such as
transport using realtime and it currently won't stop you from doing so.
However, some of these object types should not be used with realtime and

Regarding Outbound Registrations in realtime and a reload. Does it require
a pjsip reload or full asterisk restart?

It requires a module reload res_pjsip_outbound_registration.so
