Hi, Thanks but using the logger.c approach will allow the IVR to receive the digits in case 's' extension answers the call. That might result in the dial plan dialing an extension or going to the 'i' extension and hanging up. Ssorry about the confusion. Thanks Regards Prashant Sharma
