[asterisk-users] 503 unable to load

Can any one suggest me what I have to do for this issue. There is no nat as
i have directly connected to internert without firewall.

This isn't an issue within Asterisk. This is a problem with the SIP 
destination you are dialing. Something is not configured properly with 
it or it is experiencing issues.
