Yep, you can get one of those (MVP810), refurbished for $2K. So for the 24 ports you need, that'll be $6K + a four-port hub. Or you could get 12 Sipura SPA-2000 for $100/each, a 16-Port Switch (get something with address-cache, like the LinkSys 4116) for $100, and a few power-strips. Total
