First off -
change:

to:
exten = _2000,1,Dial(IAX2/master:[EMAIL PROTECTED]/[EMAIL PROTECTED])

My Box B extension.conf
[home]
exten = _24xx,1,Dial(IAX2/slave:[EMAIL PROTECTED]/[EMAIL PROTECTED])
