Recently I had the same problem using H323 with Cisco and I solved it
by changing bindaddr = 0.0.0.0 to the IP address of the Asterisk
server.

and the config more close to the other channel configs too.
We used it on production for a long time and it worked well
although a little heavy cpu-wise. To get started you need to install
openh323
and pwlib from here

calls using the asterisk server as VoIP gateway (using a SIP Provider).
It would be also great if from a remote IP Phone (in an other location), a
user could use the Asterisk server to dial in and the * forwards

sangoma a102, using qsig , works fine, I wouls recommend this to any

to Asterisk, but the phone keeps rebooting after I downloaded the SIP software
(Avaya phone release 050205). I would like to know if anyone succeeded to
hook up Avaya SIP phone to Asterisk. I appreciate your help!

I tested Avaya 4602 a while ago and I successfully instaled SIP software
and connected the phone to Asterisk. I remember that the upgrade
procedure was a bit complicated (includes TFTP and Web server as I
recall), but if you follow it to the letter you should have no problems.
