I can dial 1-24 channels but not after that. There are 8 E1s. Box was
working fine and carrying traffic on all E1s

Technically, yes. But channel (time slot) 0 never makes it to DAHDI.

I have checked destination numbers are correct as otherwise

I know it doesn't really sound very helpful to blame the entire server
manufacturer, but some others might agree, brand spanking new and shiny
might not be the best thing for Asterisk, especially these cards.
