Hi additional question on music on hold.
scenario: both using x-lite
two extensions 101 and 102
101 calls 102
102 click onhold button
101 hears music (the music is what 101 uploaded)
102 offhold call
101 press onhold button
102 hears music (the music is what 102 uploaded)
call put offhold
call
Is it possible for music on hold to be in a central server? upgrading to
1.6 is not an option for me currently.
i have 2 asterisk servers, i'm using DNS SRV, i have a web interface
where user can upload their own music on hold, but forgot that when they
upload it wont be uploaded on the

If the MOH is on server 1, you could export that MOH directory to server
2 via NFS.

Is it also possible to store the music/audio files on the database, same
way a voicemail can be stored on the database?

Realtime music on hold does not exist in Asterisk versions prior to
