Hi Brian! Actually i play a message to the caller, something like Hello and welcome at ..., someone will take your call in a few seconds - so a random musiclist is not an option. Even if i would play music only, it doesn't sound very cool if the music is changed within 5 secs. I would suggest to hang the DJ if i was the caller. Benko, You can put multiple files in the MOH directory giving your listener a good chance of getting a new piece of music each time he is on hold. Asterisk picks one of your files randomly.
