  morning, when call volume is pretty much nonexistent, to get around this 
  problem. I agree it sucks to have to do 
  this.

Call digium support and replace the cards, again. The latest revision is Rev H, 
and its
supposed to fix the lockup problem. At least that's what I've been told, and 
about seven
days into the replacement, it seems to be working fine (all four fxo's).
