Thanks Lonnie, here is the output from when I try to install from a USB
drive:

The kernel panic happens after I've booted from the USB drive and started
the installation process. The install just stops after a few seconds. The
target drive is untouched, as far as I can tell.
Would it be helpful to see the console output?

Not yet. I'm going to try to installing Debian or Ubuntu via serial
console and see if I get the same kernel panic. pfSense installs and runs
fine, but it's FreeBSD. I got the box directly from Lanner with the
storage and memory.

Hi Lonnie,
I was using an FW-7525B with a CF card, and it worked fine as well.
As for the NCA-1510C:

Thank you Lonnie. Yes, I'm using the 64-bit image, version 1.3.4, on a
Lanner FW-7525B.
The reason I asked about enabling AES is because in Astlinux, openssl does
not show the AES engine:

Hello all,
What do I need to do to enable AES, like put a modprobe in rc.local? I'm
using an Atom C2358. Thank you.
