If you are at 1.4.5 with ast13se-firmware-1.x, change the Asterisk version via the Prefs tab (ast16-firmware-1.x or ast18-firmware-1.x), then go the System tab and first perform "Revert to Previous" then "Upgrade with New" as usual. Ref: https://doc.astlinux-project.org/userdoc:tt_asterisk_upgra
