I searched the archives and found that there were a similar issue about a
year and a half ago.. I am trying to build astlinux for the ARM-Xscale
variant.. and get the follo0wing error when I compile.. this is using
ALL default options except that I change the architecture to the ARM
Xscale.. I left all the packages as default...
I know my development environment is sound as I use it all the time to build
for the i386 / i586 and have astlinux running in this way.
Here is the compiler output I get..
shared_libc.a(__psfs_do_numeric.o): In function `__psfs_do_numeric':
scanf.c:(.text+0x540): undefined reference to `__truncdfsf2'
shared_libc.a(strtof.o): In function `strtof':
strtod.c:(.text+0x1c): undefined reference to `__extendsfdf2'

make: ***
[/usr/src/astlinux-0.6/toolchain_build_arm/uClibc-0.9.28/lib/libc.a] Error 2
[cadillac...@develserver astlinux-0.6]$
And then if I try and do a make again just for kicks without deleting
anything.. I then get..
make -C /usr/src/astlinux-0.6/toolchain_build_arm/uClibc-0.9.28 \
PREFIX= \
DEVEL_PREFIX=/usr/src/astlinux-0.6/build_arm/staging_dir/ \
