issue has been resolved. I've needed to have /tftpboot available which
it isn't, when tftp service is diabled ;)

I thought that I've correctly configured the HTTP server to serve my
VoIP phones. For various reason I'm unable to get a response. The
following is configured:-
HTTPDIR="/tftpboot"
HTTPCGI="yes"
HTTP_LISTING="yes"
HTTP_ACCESSLOG="no"
