i've tried a compilation of trunk-1276 with RT support and soekris platform.
Didn't go. I got back 6 reject files. Can those be valuable for you?

kvm.h.rej
Makefile.rej
sched.h.rej
xfrm_users.c.rej
For sure i don't know what to do with them.
