Since 1.0, Astlinux has been using eglibc (as opposed to uclibc), which
is binary compatible with glibc. So, if there is a certain application
you want to run on your Astlinux box, you should be able to copy all the
necessary files over and get it to run without too much issue.
Is there a way I can compile binarys for astlinux and heve them be on the
rw file system?
