Did you specify "astkd=/dev/hda1" in the KCMD line in the run.conf file?

I can't say what you did, but trunk 1385 does include mke2fs in /sbin
Perhaps you changed something in the config. Did you remove e2fsprogs
from the selection list?

i have problem while calling function genkd
pbx root # genkd /dev/hda2
This script will help to create a KeyDrive to store
your AstLinux configuration. MAKE SURE THAT YOUR DRIVE IS
CONNECTED.
I will use /dev/hda2
