Yes. oslec is enabled (by default with make oldconfig) for any
zaptel devices.

has been enabled in trunk and asterisk-beta. Some of the
implementation isn't perfect (yet), but it should compile just fine
for anyone. If you'd like to give it a try the other developers and I
