Thanks for the replies. I will still be managing the network, but just
want to hand over responsibility for upgrades and user admin to a
colleague. The individual in question has little or no Linux or
open-source experience, and virtually no Asterisk experience. I don't

I would agree with Lonnie's comments, but we can start using the
"announce" list if that is helpful. Kris may have to verify that I have
permission to send to that list. I believe that one is moderated.
