Openwrt.
When I use firmware version 10.2.4.70.63-2 I get modulation
It got broken by 0b8e3c4ca29fe2c0efd3d41a76e34a657b9f17a4

I've got Archer C7 v2 router (QCA988X), running latest openwrt and
intel 6300 client.
I'm observing strange behavior on how ath10k sets tx rate:
Peer MAC address xx:xx:xx:xx:xx:xx
Peer RSSI 28
Peer TX rate 72200
Peer
