Yes, I've updated to latest kernel. but I still don't see 80Mhz channels.
How do I upgrade regulatory database?

Keep in mind you have an old kernel. I recall mac80211 was quirky and
downgraded to HT if it couldn't get 80MHz. I'm not sure
