Thanks again! My problem solved. I'm just switched to single board
computer from other manufacturer and now my AR9160 card works just
fine on all allowed frequencies, even > 5.8 GHz :)

other hardware and mini-PCI card... Can you tell model and
manufacturer of your card? Are you using wireless-testing git?
