Today we found an issue with the system that the Fedora Release
Engineering Two-Week Atomic Host release automation uses to query for
the latest builds that have passed testing. This is currently being
looked into and we hope to have a release out tomorrow (2016-02-10).

There is currently an issue with Fedora composes because of an
unexpected change to the dnf API which has broken lorax[0], we are
currently waiting for this to land in stable[1] and will get a release
out after that.
This kind of failure is something we don't currently handle gracef
