Tested the ISO on bare metal.  Successfully installed, and installed
kubeadm containerized.

This also switches ostree to libcurl (which is why libsoup dropped out).
Among other things we now speak HTTP/2.  But it's a pretty different
HTTP stack, so if anyone sees anything unusual with `atomic host upgrade` and
HTTP, this could be the cause.
