Similar to other web-based translation tools there is a reviewing system but 1. Almost nobody uses this system 2. It tends to toggle all translations to "unreviewed" after each "push". There is no clear notification system except for internal Transifex "mailing" but the deadlines imply that everything committed as translations (not suggestions) at the deadline moment is a valid translation.
